Medicare Advantage Benefits
Medicare Part C was intended to provide beneficiaries with medical insurance to pay for a variety of products and procedures that were not covered under Medicare Part A. Overall, this plan was create to replace the medical insurance needed for doctor visits, checkups and other costs that could potentially come about as a result of those situations. Part C coverage includes the following:
- Physician/Nurse services
- Laboratory Tests
- Diagnostic Tests
- X-Ray
- Vaccinations (i.e., Influenza, Pneumonia)
- Blood Transfusions
- Dialysis
